Beach House Aerial Yoga
An hour long class suitable for those who are new to AntiGravity® Aerial Yoga. This class is designed to familiarize clients with the Antigravity® Hammock, and how to utilize the hammock to derive the optimal benefits you seek. You’ll experience a full aerial yoga practice while learning terms, understanding hand grips, experiencing energizing poses, and acclimating into inversions with confidence. Suggested Clothing: Students are encouraged to practice in yoga pants or capris, and short-sleeved or long-sleeved shirts (highly recommended for your comfort). Avoid any jewelry, zippers or sharp objects. Please come with your natural beauty (no makeup) because you are lovely the way you are and keeps our hammocks in good condition. Skip this class if you have vertigo, recent surgery, glaucoma, very high or low blood pressure, are pregnant or weigh over 250 lbs. We’ve got plenty of other great classes for you to try! Beach House Yoga Barre
This class is a fun, challenging, well balanced blend of vinyasa flow and barre exercises designed to strengthen and lengthen the muscles. The yoga flow is thoughtfully put together to open and warm up the body for the integration of intense, isometric, barre exercises designed to fatigue the muscles. The cool down is a combination of yoga poses and barre stretches that will allow the body to find that glorious, sweet, surrender, while lengthening the muscles. Class comes to an end in svasana meditation, allowing the mind, body, and spirit to unite, feeling whole and energetically nourished. You will leave floating on marshmallow clouds while feeling absolute pride and accomplishment for the hard work you have done in this one hour fifteen minute class. Please make sure you arrive on time so you are properly warmed up for the intense exercises. The instructor may not permit you to join late for your safety.
Beach House Vinyasa Flow 1/2
This is a slower paced Vinyasa Flow class that breaks down common asanas or poses used in more advanced classes. You'll learn proper alignment and breathing as well as modifications to build a strong foundation as you advance your practice.
Beach House Vinyasa Flow 2/3
Vinyasa flow is a vigorous style of yoga links breath and movement through a sequence of Sun Salutations and postures. While your body moves through this smooth, continuous flow, you will deepen your breathing, increase your physical endurance, and test the edge of your balance and flexibility. In this class, you will also learn the basic principles of yoga poses, yoga philosophy, relaxation, and breathing techniques. With regular practice of these sequences, you'll experience further opening of your body and breath.

This Vinyasa flow is set to upbeat modern music. Let your body go with the flow in this fun and challenging yoga class. This class is for those who want that yoga mind body connection without taking yoga so seriously. No matter your flexibility or level get ready to sweat, build up endurance, and develop a strong core with this class.
Gentle Yoga for Relaxation
Restorative Yoga & Meditation
Restorative yoga is a gentle, calming, therapeutic style of yoga that uses props to support the body as it eases into relaxation and balance. This is a great practice for managing stress, increasing flexibility and restoring the soul. This class is appropriate for all levels and students with physical limitations and injuries.
Kundalini Yoga & Meditation
Kundalini Yoga or “Awareness Yoga” is an uplifting blend of spiritual and physical practices. You will practice yoga science that incorporates movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation, and the chanting of mantras. Be guided toward a greater experience of inner and outer wellness. Build physical vitality and increasing consciousness. You’ll gain awareness of your breath with every movement which, in turn, helps balance all aspects of your being. Build strength of will in a relaxed and comfortable setting. Practice specific asanas or postures to restore your body functions and the ability to manifest your right to be happy, healthy and holy. Give yourself the spiritual armor to survive all that modern living throws at us in our devotional classroom gatherings.
